About 21,000 NES customers are behind on January storm bills, and December ends many plans

If you're behind on an NES bill from the January ice storm, call before the year ends. NES told WKRN that about 21,000 customers were behind as of earlier this week. NES says that doesn't mean all of those accounts face disconnection at once: it reviews each account individually, and December is the final month for many plans, not a universal deadline.
