About this event

Named for its resemblance to a small bell, campanelle is distinguished by its delicate ruffled edges and graceful, cone-like shape. While commonly produced through extrusion today, the pasta can also be formed entirely by hand, preserving the craftsmanship and careful technique at the heart of traditional pasta making.

Inside Yolan’s kitchen, guests will craft a rich egg yolk dough while learning the traditional hand-rolled method used to shape campanelle. Each piece is carefully rolled and formed into its signature ruffled cone, offering an exploration of the precision and artistry behind this classic pasta shape.

Each guest will prepare fresh campanelle to take home, along with techniques and recipes for recreating the pasta in their own kitchen.

Following the lesson, enjoy a leisurely three-course lunch featuring seasonal salad, campanelle prepared by Yolan’s culinary team, dessert, and curated wine pairings.
