  • Three local senior care organizations are hosting a Dementia Friendly Christmas Service on Monday, Dec. 15 at 1 p.m. at Veranda Ministries in Gallatin. Gospel singer Billy Blackwood and songwriter Dave Clark will lead carols and a reading for persons living with dementia and their families.  Hendersonville Standard

LIFESTYLE NEWS

  • In-N-Out Burger opened its first Tennessee locations this week. The family-run chain (since 1948) offers a fixed menu with customizable fries and a merch tent selling Tennessee-themed apparel.  Sumner County Source

SPORTS NEWS

  • Friday night, Columbia Academy's Lady Bulldogs beat Grace Christian 62-41 in a Division II-A District 3 game at the local gym. First-year coach Brandon Tinnon earned dinner as his wife Crystal joked about using his money while players proudly wore House Divided T-shirts in a spirited rivalry.  Hendersonville Standard
  • The Titans' offensive line faces shuffling heading into Sunday’s game against the 49ers as three starters — Lloyd Cushenberry with a foot injury, Kevin Zeitler with a groin injury, and left tackle Dan Moore with a neck injury — are questionable.
