- ➤ The Palace Theater will screen National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation on December 5th at 7 p.m. as part of the Christmas at The Palace series—each $10 ticket will include free small popcorn and a chance to have a photo taken with Santa from 6—7 p.m. at 146 N Water Ave in Gallatin. - ➤ The Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance has designated November as Long-Term Care Awareness Month and urges Hendersonville residents to discuss care planning early for future needs before the holiday season. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Ascend Federal Credit Union donated $10,000 to Blood Cancer United, and its employees and members raised nearly $5,000 for the Dare to Dream Project—an effort to support kids with blood cancer. The credit union, a longtime partner of the group, continues to back research and services for patients. Sumner County Source
