Rose Mont was chosen by the Tennessee State Museum for a Capital Maintenance and Improvements Grant for the 2025–2026 cycle—grant funds will support major preservation work at the historic site.

Starting Sunday, November 16, TDOT will begin nightly lane closures on I-65 and US-31W in Sumner County to install steel beams for a new I-65 bridge from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. until December 4—detour signage will guide motorists during these closures.
