- ➤ Summit's Summer Riley scored three goals to lead the Spartans to a 3-2 win over Hendersonville and earn their first state tournament spot; she reached her 100th goal as Hendersonville's 16-game win streak ended. Riley used her speed to tie the game and take the lead twice before sealing the win in the final minutes. Hendersonville Standard
- ➤ Friendship Christian improved its season record to 8-1 with a 63-20 win over MJCA on Friday after scoring five touchdowns early to build a 35-point lead.
