- ➤ Veterans Park will host the 6th Annual Hendersonville Pig Fest — presented by DUDE WIPES — from October 23 to 25. The festival, run by HolidayFest and the Parks and Recreation Department to benefit local groups such as Mary’s Magical Place, LiveLoveNashville, Grace Place and Christmas4Kids, will feature a wrestling event with Jeff Jarrett on October 23, a hometown concert with Oak Ridge Boys on October 24, and a BBQ fest with tournaments on October 25. - ➤ Harken Hall announced that its Meet and Three Local Music Showcase will take place November 11 with local acts The Prickly Pair, Zach Bryson, and Jess Jocoy each performing a 30-minute set and mingling with the audience. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and tickets cost $15 in advance or $20 at the door — food and beverages will be available for purchase. Sumner County Source
