- ➤ Longtime sports reporter Tommy Bryan retired from Main Street Media of Tennessee on June 3 after more than 45 years covering local high school and college sports in Wilson County — earning him multiple hall of fame inductions — and he now plans to enjoy his well-earned retirement. - ➤ Watertown quarterback Blake Waldorf confirmed his transfer to Friendship Christian where he will serve as the starting signal-caller — following Luke Sellars’ move to Lebanon High School — and he finished last season with 2,688 passing yards and 26 touchdowns.
