- ➤ Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center will host an exhibit featuring 60 paintings by musician Steve Wariner from June 21 to July 26 at 1017 Antebellum Circle in Hendersonville. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Sumner County SRO CHAMP Camp held free five-day sessions for middle schoolers at Rucker-Stewart Middle (Gallatin) and Portland East Middle beginning Monday, May 25. The camps offer meals, lessons on character traits and fingerprint kits to help with child safety. Hendersonville Standard
- ➤ On Tuesday, May 19, the Sumner County School Board approved two school zoning changes for the upcoming year that will move William Burrus students to Beech Elementary and adjust Bethpage zones, with some transportation exceptions for middle school transitions. Hendersonville Standard
