  • Residents in Hendersonville have several events this weekend in Sumner County — a live multimedia rock show at Starstruck Farm starts today at 7:30 p.m., a historical tour at Cragfont runs from 4 to 6:30 p.m., and a warehouse sale at Honey & Suede continues alongside a Renaissance Festival that runs through Sunday — while a free Memorial Day concert featuring The Isaacs will take place Monday with gates opening at 3 p.m.  Sumner County Source

CRIME NEWS

  • Hendersonville Police began investigating a series of vehicle burglaries at a gym on Bluegrass Commons Blvd on May 21, 2025 after sharing information with Knoxville and Belle Meade officers that identified 67-year-old Thomas Hooghe as the suspect, and he was later arrested at a local restaurant in Jackson—he will appear in Sumner County General Sessions Court on June 6.  Sumner County Source

  • The Tennessee Department of Transportation has launched a campaign called Nobody Trashes Tennessee to encourage travelers to keep roads clean during Memorial Day weekend.
