- ➤ Hendersonville's 6th Annual Memorial Day Hometown Jam will take place later this month at Veterans Park. The Isaacs will perform first & then welcome special guests for an all-star hometown jam with free admission (ticket required). Sumner County Source
LIFESTYLE NEWS
- ➤ Nashville Shores, Middle Tennessee’s largest waterpark located on Percy Priest Lake, opens its 28th season today with weekend operations from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will begin daily service on May 21 while offering special events like drone light shows and fireworks. Sumner County Source

- ➤ Liberty Creek softball defeated Springfield 11-1 in Thursday's District 9-3A championship game, with sophomore pitcher Caylei Jones delivering five strong innings and consistent team offense advancing the Wolves to the region tournament. Hendersonville Standard
- ➤ Merrol Hyde became the only Sumner County team to qualify for the girls flag football state tournament after beating White House Heritage and White House on May 8 (drawing on a strong girls soccer background).
