- ➤ Hendersonville reminds residents that spring cleaning rules allow only two bulk items at the curb per week; acceptable items include furniture, boxes, stoves and properly prepped refrigerators (with refrigerant or compressor removed), while hazardous waste, wet paint, tires and bedbug-infested furniture will not be collected. - ➤ Sycamore High School baseball coach Matt Carrigan earned his 100th win last week when his War Eagles swept Cheatham County Central with two shutouts, winning 10-0 and 18-0, while Drake Perry pitched a five-inning shutout and struck out nine. Hendersonville Standard
- ➤ White House Heritage baseball beat Liberty Creek 5-4 on April 18 — the Patriots have won 12 of their last 15 games. They will host Jo Byrns today, play Liberty Creek on April 24, Station Camp on April 25 and finish the season at Vanderbilt University on April 27. Hendersonville Standard
