- ➤ The Tennessee High School Senior Real Estate Licensing Program began accepting applications on April 1 for 2026 from high school seniors in the state. Sponsored by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (with a focus on economically distressed counties), the free program offers the base education needed to pursue a real estate license and is limited to about 100 participants.
