- ➤ Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors’ song 'Tennessee' was named an official state song after unanimous support in the House and Senate and Gov Bill Lee’s signature; he performed it on April 6 at the State Capitol. Sumner County Source

- ➤ Green Hill softball coach Savannah Sanders achieved her 200th win Saturday at Crockett Park during the Raptor Classic championship, as her team won 9-0 and extended its win streak to 32 games.
