- ➤ Hendersonville officials are considering enacting developer impact fees to offset rising service costs from new construction, following a consultant's study and a workshop held before the March 25 meeting. - ➤ TriStar Skyline Medical Center announced a new Comprehensive Epilepsy Center that offers specialized tests, treatment and care for patients with complex seizure disorders.
