- ➤ NES announced a new tree trimming method—extending clearance from 10 to 15 feet with ground-to-sky trimming—to reduce power outages caused by trees after Winter Storm Fern; by March 2 it will begin LiDAR scans for 4,800 miles of lines. Sumner County Source

- ➤ Susan Black Steen, a local writer and photographer, explains how tracking her heart rate variability (HRV) helps show when stress and recovery need attention. She offers slow breathing and regular sleep as simple ways to boost her overall well-being. Hendersonville Standard
- ➤ Steve Wheeler, a cancer patient at Highpoint Health, painted watercolors to bring comfort to patients and staff, and his works now hang in the hospital chapel (a sign of community healing).
