About this event
This heated class is inspired to ignite Shakti, the pure, boundless, creative energy within in each of us. The power vinyasa yoga practice is an invigorating sequence that links movement of the body with the power of the breath. Each class is sequenced intentionally by the teacher to bring you into the present moment. Our teachers come from many different backgrounds, and have different strengths and flow styles. The practice is available to all, with modifications and variations of the poses. Prepare to move, sweat, and be inspired! Community Power Flows are a DISCOUNTED drop-in!
