About this event
This is an open BEGINNER class designed with the intention of improving your technique. We focus on strengthening the body to increase power, balance, agility, and strength. This class is for the dancer that really wants to invest into their technique and push pass their limitations. Class consists of a warmup, work in the center, and across the floor/ progressions.
