REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • Homeowners in Middle Tennessee are warned that an aging driveway with big cracks, sinking spots, or many past repairs can lower property value and risk car damage — experts advise that a full replacement is more cost-effective than repeated patching. The Concrete Gentlemen plan a complete process that checks drainage, prepares sturdy foundations and pours fresh concrete to improve curb appeal and home safety.  Sumner County Source

SPORTS NEWS

  • Cornerback Jarvis Brownlee was flagged nine times as a rookie and three times in Sunday's 20-12 season opener in Denver; he said he will keep his physical style despite the penalty calls. Defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson said the Titans will work with him this week to lower flags by guiding him to use his feet before his hands—an adjustment to avoid drawing extra penalties.  Hendersonville Standard
