- ➤ Gap Inc. announced a $58 million expansion of its 2.3 million-square-foot logistics hub in Gallatin that is expected to create 100 new jobs with hiring starting immediately. - ➤ Dennis C. Gilliam, 61, was convicted in Hendersonville on 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after a 2-day trial with less than 30 minutes of deliberation—his bond was revoked and he will remain in custody pending sentencing on August 11. Sumner County Source

- ➤ Dr. Scott Langford (Sumner County Director of Schools) has named Kyle Gilliland the new principal at White House High School. - ➤ Creek Wood High School’s state champion bowling team traveled to Fort Wayne, Indiana last weekend for the U.S. High School Bowling National Championship and scored 3086 in the team event to earn a 16th-place finish before a Baker format block dropped them to 18th.
