2026 ECCHO Live Workshop: Evolve XV

About this event

On behalf of the ECCHO Live Board of Directors, we are thrilled to present the 15th Anniversary ECCHO Live Fall Workshop —a major milestone for our organization and the live event community we are honored to serve.

Formerly known as the Touring Career Workshop, this year’s event will take place on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 , and for the first time, we are excited to welcome everyone to Rock Nashville .

The theme for this milestone year is EVOLVE. Because that is exactly what this year has done. ECCHO Live has evolved beyond anything we could have imagined, and we cannot wait to celebrate that growth, and what comes next, with all of you in the room. The live event industry is constantly changing, and so are we. Evolve is an invitation to reflect on where you’ve been, recognize where you are, and imagine what might be possible as you continue growing in your career, your community, and your life.

At ECCHO Live, we believe that no one should have to navigate this industry alone. Our flagship fall Workshop brings live event professionals together for education, connection, community, health, opportunity...and a whole lot of conversation with people who truly understand the work.

What to Expect:

• Keynote Speaker: Chuck Hull With an illustrious career spanning decades—from working alongside Elvis Presley to touring with artists including Keith Urban—Chuck brings a remarkable perspective on the evolution of the live entertainment industry and the people who make it happen.

• Industry Leaders & Conversations Sit in on industry-curated sessions to hear from professionals who have lived this work and are ready to share their experiences, lessons, and perspectives with the next generation of our industry.

• Interactive Sessions & Connection Explore conversations and experiences designed to support your career, your well-being, and your place in this ever-evolving industry.

• A Resource Hub for the Whole Human ECCHO Live continues to grow as a place where live event professionals can find education, resources, support, and connection—because your career and your well-being are not separate things.

Reboot & Refresh: Career Essentials Lab

Back by popular demand, Reboot & Refresh: Career Essentials Lab returns with practical, hands-on opportunities designed to help you stay prepared, supported, and career-ready.

This year’s offerings include:

• DEFEND Systems Active Shooter Training — Back by popular demand, this practical session focuses on preparedness, response, and life-safety skills for active violence situations.

• Mental Health QPR Training: Question, Persuade and Refer — Facilitated by Trisha Hayes and our partners at Middle Tennessee State University, this training provides practical tools for recognizing warning signs, starting a conversation, and connecting someone to support.

• Professional Headshots — Refresh your professional image with Atlanta-based photographer Stephanie Cousino , offering quick, polished headshot sessions throughout the afternoon.

*Please note: Career Essentials Lab sessions require separate registration.

The cap the event off with the After Party hosted by Rock-It Cargo upstairs at the Rock Nashville Cafe.

Whether you are a seasoned road warrior, transitioning into a new chapter, building your business, or just getting started, there will be something here for you.

The best part? The ECCHO Live Fall Workshop is free to attend.
