You've already learned the fundamentals of pole dancing. Now, let's put those skills to use and combine them with the artistry of dance! Poleography is an exhilarating pole dancing choreography class that seamlessly blends different styles of dance with the strength and grace of pole fitness. Class begins with a warmup, then you will learn a choreographed pole dance routine that incorporates static spins, climbs, tricks and floorwork. You will build strength and endurance along with musicality and flow. PREREQUISITE This class is ideal for students who are comfortable doing all moves in Pole Dance 102, including climbing and static spins. WHAT TO WEAR/BRING Shorts, t-shirt/tank, barefoot, yoga mat, water, hand towel. No hand or wrist jewelry, watches, or belts. Stop at the front desk prior to class if you have permanent jewelry. HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS When a class is fully booked, you have the option to join the waitlist. When you join the waitlist, you will automatically be added to the class if someone cancels their reservation. Being on a waitlist means that you fully plan on attending the class if you get added. Students are added to classes (from the waitlist) up to 1 hour before each class begins. If you can no longer attend the class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist. If you get added to the class and can no longer attend or don't show up, it is considered a late-cancel and your class will be forfeited. ATTENDANCE Arrive 5 minutes early. No entry once the warmup ends. If you cannot attend, cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before class starts or your credit will be late canceled and forfeited.
